It's often important to provide your users
with print versions of your documents. However, in many cases,
it's also important to give them an electronic version of
these or similar materials.
Electronic materials are easier to update
- make your changes, publish them, and push them out on the
web for distribution.
Electronic materials also weigh less.
For some of our clients, particularly those in the telecommunications
market, documentation can run to hundreds of pages. These
print documents are expensive to produce and distribute.
How are online documents
Online materials almost always begin from a print
version or storyboard. We then use advanced features within Adobe Acrobat, web
authoring, and other software tools to create hyperlinked electronic
versions, which can then be distributed over the web, via mobile connections, or on CD.
